Who is CypressHR for?

U.S. businesses that want a simple HR home base for people, documents, time, performance, and compliance awareness. CypressHR is built for employers across the United States.

What are the software plans?

Two software plans, each a flat monthly price per company with no per-employee fees: Essentials at $350/mo, and Pro, which has a founding price (see the next question). Prices plus applicable sales tax. E-sign comes with Pro, charged per completed signature request (see the pricing section above). Details are on Pricing.

What does founding pricing mean?

Founding price: $500 a month for companies that sign up by December 1, 2026 (11:59 PM Central). Standard price is $700 a month after that. Prices plus applicable sales tax. Essentials stays $350/mo; there is no founding price on Essentials. Details are on Pricing.

Do you run payroll or benefits enrollment?

Payroll is in development and coming soon. Today, CypressHR covers time & attendance so you (or whoever runs your payroll) can pay from accurate hours, and you can export hours to enter into your payroll system. Benefits enrollment stays with your carrier; Pro can link out to benefits resources. Benefits administration is not included. Details on Pricing.

How do I get started?

Is this a PEO?

No. Not a PEO: your company stays the employer. CypressHR is software from Quick HR Solutions, LLC, plus optional fractional HR if you want a human partner alongside the product.

Is CypressHR only for one region?

No. CypressHR is a United States product for U.S. employers nationwide. We support multi-state U.S. operations. We don’t market international or GDPR programs.

Who sees our company data?

Your admins, managers, and employees see what their roles allow. Private notes on employee issues are restricted to your owner and HR roles. Quick HR Solutions, LLC staff access your account only on a need-to-know basis for support and security. If you hire Quick HR for fractional HR, its advisors see what you give them access to. Each company's data is kept separate from other customers by design. Outside vendors that help run the product (hosting, database, file storage, billing, e-sign, and email) are listed on Subprocessors; they process data to operate the service, not to sell it. We do not sell employee data or use it to train public AI models. See the Privacy Policy.

Where does our data live?

Not on a private Quick HR server in an office. Our main hosting is in the United States. Each subprocessor and where it processes data is listed on the Subprocessors page. We contract with established providers that maintain strong, industry-standard security programs: Vercel (the app), Neon (the database), Vercel Blob (private file uploads), and Stripe (billing; Stripe handles payments, so we never store your full card number), plus Google Workspace (account emails) and SignWell (e-sign). Each customer’s company is kept separate from others. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; two-step sign-in is available; we keep backups and a record of who changed what. Healthcare-related documents (ADA, FMLA, notes from providers), when you use that feature, sit in private medical file storage with restricted access. Is e-sign included in the monthly plan?

E-sign comes with Pro, charged per completed signature request (the price is in the pricing section above). It isn't in Essentials. Uploading documents is always free. See Pricing.
