What this list means for you
When you use CypressHR, Quick HR Solutions, LLC is your service provider. A subprocessor is an outside company we use to help run the product (hosting, database, file storage, billing, and similar). This page lists who those vendors are and what they do with Customer data.
We will notify Customers of material subprocessor changes before they become effective for Customer Personal Data (except emergency security replacements, which we notice as soon as practicable), as described in our Customer DPA.
CypressHR itself is not a subprocessor. We are the processor. Only outside vendors appear below.

Services we may add later
These categories are not live named vendors on CypressHR today. When a provider goes live, we will name the legal entity, purpose, data types, and location on this page and follow DPA notice rules.

We do not list payroll or benefits platforms (for example, a connected payroll provider) as CypressHR subprocessors until a live integration is wired and named here.
SMS (when enabled)
If SMS becomes available, it will be for transactional / operational messages you enable in CypressHR, not Quick HR marketing emails. Where law requires opt-in, you are responsible for obtaining and documenting worker consent; we will retain opt-in evidence in the product where the feature supports it.

Geographic scope
CypressHR is offered for United States employers. Our main hosting is in the United States. Where each subprocessor processes data is listed in the table above. We are not marketing international or GDPR transfer programs on this page.
