Pricing
CypressHR is live for U.S. businesses. Two software plans: Essentials and Pro. Flat monthly price per company, no per-employee fees. All prices plus applicable sales tax. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime; it takes effect at the end of your billing period. Free done-for-you setup: after you pay, send us your team list and handbook and we'll load them.
Founding price: $500 a month for companies that sign up by December 1, 2026 (11:59 PM Central). Standard price is $700 a month after that.

The flat-price math (example only, not a competitor's price)
With per-employee pricing, the bill grows with every hire. At an example $10 per employee per month, 40 people is $400/mo and 80 people is $800/mo. CypressHR Essentials stays $350/mo however many people you add.
What's not included yet
Payroll is in development and coming soon. Today, CypressHR covers time & attendance so you, or whoever runs your payroll, can pay from accurate hours. Benefits enrollment stays with your carrier; Pro can link out to benefits resources. Benefits administration is not included.
E-sign comes with Pro. Each completed signature request is $1, plus applicable sales tax. It isn't in Essentials. Uploading documents is always free.

Add-ons

- Additional state$25/mo per additional stateplus applicable sales tax
The first U.S. state you name is included in the plan. Each additional state after that is $25/mo, plus applicable sales tax, and adds that state's notes and updates to your Compliance page. It is charged per state, not per worksite or office. Example: a company in Texas and Oklahoma pays for 1 extra state ($25/mo, plus applicable sales tax). Admins and consultants are unlimited (no advisor-seat charge). This is software, not HR services.
